I have been a patient of Diane Pooler, DDS since 1990, and believe me you do not stay with a Dentist that long unless they are extraordinary.  I broke one of my  front teeth and was traumatized that I would have two different colored front teeth like you see on so many people.  The bonding process was a perfect match and has remained undetected by anyone who looks on my smile.   Diane is a compassionate person and doesn’t try and “bump up the practice’ by selling something you do not need.  I have trust that anyone I recommend to her will find her honest, fair and gentle.

Her staff is kind and and provide excellent patient care from the initial appointment to the appreciated reminders of future appointments.  Many of her staff have been with her much longer than I have been her patient, which speaks volumes on being part of a good working environment.

I had the worst toothache about 20 years ago.  I was in pain for over a year and my dentist could not find the problem.  A friend of a friend told me about Dr. Pooler saying what a fabulous dentist she was.  I contacted her and she saw me right away. It felt like I was in the chair no less than 5 minutes when she found the problem.  I couldn’t believe it.  I have been a very happy patient of hers ever since.  I trust her and the staff so much that I have my whole family seeing her now.  From my elders to my children.  Dr. Pooler is an expert in her field and is genuinely concerned about her patient’s well being.  She clearly explains what work needs to done making sure we understand and are comfortable and relaxed.  Her work is absolutely amazing!  I love the office staff too.

Dr. Pooler and her staff have been exceptional in the 19 years I have been seeing them. Her office is clean and bright, the employees are attentive and friendly, her hygienists are gentle and thorough and Dr. Pooler herself has been consistently kind, thorough, gentle, and compassionate.
